Publication is the boundary between planning and communicated responsibility. jooling publishes the complete selection together, makes the new version current, summarizes Worker-facing differences, and prepares notifications.

Publish confirmation dialog

A material change adds work or substantially changes when or where a Worker is expected. Inside the Notice Window, it can require Shift Acceptance. A Worker may acknowledge seeing it and still decline it.

Approved pickup, release, and swap decisions never rewrite the old snapshot; they publish a successor version.
