Schedules and changes
Read published work and respond correctly.
Workers see immutable Published Schedule Versions. Manager drafts remain private, and history stays available after a later version replaces a week — open it from Earlier weeks.
Acknowledgement
Select I saw this only to record visibility. Opening the schedule does not acknowledge it. Acknowledgement says nothing about consent or availability.
Shift Acceptance
A new or materially changed Shift inside the Workplace Notice Window may require explicit acceptance. The Pending changes section lists what changed, with Accept shift and Decline for each item. This remains separate from Acknowledgement so visibility and agreement cannot be confused.
Delivery moves through Sent, Delivered, and Acknowledged for Managers. Push or email delivery may lag; the published schedule inside jooling is authoritative — check My schedule rather than relying on an alert.
